C 1.00~1.10 Si 0.50max. Mn 0.80~1.10 P 0.030max. S 0.030max. Cr 0.20~0.60
Surface condition: SKS93 with black surface, polished surface, grinded surface, peeled surface, milled surface.
Heat treatment & hardness of steel:
Annealed hardness(HB) & Annealed temperature: 217 max,750 to 780 slow cooling
Quenched and tempered hardness(HRC) & Heat treatment temperature:
61 min,Quenching:830 oil quenching,Tempering:180 air cooling
Smelting & Shaping: EF, EF/EAF+LF+VD, EF/EAF+ESR, hot forged/ hot rolled
Delivery condition: SKS93 with hot rolled, forged, annealed, quenched and tempered ,or as your special requirements.
Marking: Grade, heat NO. length will be stamped on each bar with required color.
Ultrasonic Test:Material will be ultrasonically tested at appropriate stages of the manufacture to ensure the quality, as agreed between seller and purchaser.
